CharyRick Demo

CharyRick is a co-op, real-time roguelike drawn entirely with characters: braille dots for the air, block pixels for the bodies. Up to four players share one screen, each with a keyboard layout or a gamepad.

You are a Reader, and something called the Eraser is devouring the sky, which is written in dots that pulse like the Game of Life. Go down, fight, and don't get erased.

This demo includes

• The first chamber, ending in a fight against the Warden
• 4 classes: warrior, archer, mage and rogue
• Relics that stack, a shop, a dash roll and a special power
• 1 to 4 players on the same screen (keyboard or gamepad)
• English and Brazilian Portuguese (Settings → Language)

Good to know

• Early demo: the game is in development and things will change.
• Nothing is saved.
• The builds are not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper may show a warning when you open the game.
• Available for Linux, Windows (plus a package for EmuELEC).
